Individual Session Terms & Conditions Services & Pricing Trial Session (Waverley Pitch & Putt): $180, 1 hour, no golf fees Golf Course Session: $450 + golf fees, 2 hours, 9 holes Ambrose format Traditional Session: $180, 1 hour, home/café/preferred location Online Session: $165, 1 hour, video/phone Booking & Payment Advance Booking: 1 week for golf sessions, 48 hours others Payment: Full payment required at booking Methods: Credit cards, bank transfer, cash Golf Fees: Client pays course fees directly Golf Sessions Format: 9 holes Ambrose at public courses (unless agreed otherwise) Public Courses: Counsellor facilitates booking Member Courses: Client arranges own booking/payment Equipment: Client provides own clubs Cancellation Client: 48-hour notice required or full fee applies Weather: Golf sessions rescheduled free No-Show: Full session fee charged Professional Standards ACA Level 4 registered counsellor Professional confidentiality maintained Professional indemnity insurance held Mandatory reporting applies where legally required Session Conduct Sessions run for allocated time only Outdoor sessions subject to weather/safety conditions Client responsible for own physical safety Indoor alternatives available if needed Limitations Emergency support not provided Specific outcomes not guaranteed Additional sessions available at standard rates Client must be physically suitable for chosen session type Client Responsibilities Provide accurate health/circumstance information Active participation required Inform counsellor of physical limitations Advise of contact detail changes Liability Professional counselling services only.
